Not all Case Management Systems integrate with EnquiryDesk For access to the Developer documentation, please contact us info@lawcentres.org.uk.
If you are an AdvicePro user, you can integrate your instance of AdvicePro with EnquiryDesk and allow users to send contact data captured on EnquiryDesk to AdvicePro. You will need access to Agency API Key, Contract API Key, Referral Endpoint, and the Import Endpoint.
Choose which Workflow works best for your Law Centre:
Refer client: gives the AdvicePro user the ability to decide which enquiries will become a contact on AdvicePro
Automatically create client: all enquiries received via EnquiryDesk marked 'Client enquiry' will generate a new enquiry on AdvicePro
