To start customising EnquiryDesk, select Configure from the settings icon.
There are many ways to customise EnquiryDesk to suit your needs:
Enquiry Types (Classify your enquiries by type to ensure non-client, junk, or any other types of enquiries are counted and reported on separately)
Outcomes (Client enquiries should be given an outcome when closed to aid with reporting and follow ups by other team members)
Areas of Law (Enquiries can be classified by one or many areas of law to aid with reporting. These do not control team assignment rules.)
EnquiryDesk is pre-loaded with core system types. This enables the Law Centre to start using it straight away and acts as a nudge to use consistent terminology. These types cannot be deleted, but they can be disabled.
If you choose to add a new type, select New, choose a label and you can start using it. These types can be deleted. When deleting you will be prompted to add any enquiries with this Type into an existing Type.
